'Crust & Craft Pizzeria originated from a modest goal: to introduce traditional Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza restaurant was a quaint, family-owned shop drawing upon generations-old recipes.
The initiator, Marco Rossi, aced the craft of pizza creation on her travels through Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Back in the UK, she was unwavering in her commitment to replicate the essence of true Italian pizza, utilizing age-old methods and prime ingredients.
What started as a humble pizzeria with just 12 seats has expanded to a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our adherence to excellence and tradition has remained steadfast. We continue employing the classic wood-fire oven approach, our dough is prepared fresh each day, and we only choose top-quality components.
Presently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi family's second generation at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic crew. Despite adopting modern improvements, the core of our establishment remains unchanged: making delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
